What to Expect
Swedish massage is typically performed on a specially designed table using oil or cream as a medium. The client removes as much or as little clothing as is comfortable to provide access for the therapist, but is draped with towels or sheets to maintain warmth and comfort.
A typical session will include work on the scalp, face, limbs, hands, feet, and torso. If you have concerns due to discomfort or ticklishness, please alert your therapist prior to the start of your session.
